• You will use the provided tools with clinical responsibility.
• You assume full responsibility for obtaining the consent of your patients when required by local law, particularly regarding the use of anonymized data.

3. Privacy and Security

4.0 MedTech Solutions protects user privacy and clinical data confidentiality through:

• AES-256 encryption of data at rest and in transit.
• Biometric and multi-factor authentication.
• Encrypted backups on secure servers.
• Compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, Law 25.326 (Argentina), and other applicable standards.

4. Use of Anonymized Data

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that medical information entered may be irreversibly anonymized and used by 4.0 MedTech Solutions for:

• Scientific and academic purposes.
• Statistical and epidemiological research.
• Development and training of AI algorithms.
• Commercial purposes, including the controlled licensing of anonymized datasets to third parties (universities, research centers, technology companies, or pharmaceutical institutions).

Note: Under no circumstances will identifiable patient data be shared. Anonymization is conducted under strict technical and legal protocols.

5. Medical Liability Disclaimer

Our tools are complementary and do not replace professional medical judgment. All medical decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, content, interfaces, AI models, and documentation belong to 4.0 MedTech Solutions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be notified via app, email, or website.

8. Service Suspension

We may suspend or terminate service if we detect:

• Breach of these terms.
• Inappropriate, illegal, or fraudulent conduct.
• Strategic decisions such as product discontinuation.

9. Subscription Plans

Access to premium features is managed through monthly or annual subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Fees and details are displayed within the app.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, with supplementary application of international data protection and e-commerce regulations (GDPR, HIPAA). For users outside Argentina, disputes shall be resolved through international arbitration.
